28 days to bday.
It sure has been a while hasn’t it? I am jumping back on this blog band wagon. I found that my biggest success came when tracking my efforts. My birthday is at the end of the month. I want to be able to say that I’ve made considerable progress in about 4 weeks time.
I believe my BMI shows that I’m still “normal.” Whatever that means… but just a few months ago, I was in so much better shape. I’ve gotten too comfortable, which has led me to slip back into bad habits.
I’ve been exercising pretty consistently this year. However, my poor diet has taken its toll on my body over the past several months. It’s back to tracking food intake… at least for the next 4 weeks. I realize that though I ate consistently throughout the day, I took in a very small amount of calories. I think I was so paranoid about overshooting it that I consumed way under what I should have. I’ll try to make better choices tomorrow.
I got in a late night work out with Shawn T: Insanity - Cardio Power and Resistance. I don’t know if you can tell from the picture, but I felt miserable.
