I’m visiting my buddy, Shyd. We ran about 5 or so miles around his neighborhood. It took us about an hour to do so. When we got back to his apartment, we did a few sets of pull ups and push ups. I feel kind of weak sauce when doing pull ups. I’ve got to work out my back more often. We also did the 8 minute ab workout (video above). I definitely felt it working.
On a side note. I measured my body fat percentage and I’m back to around 19% to 20%. I don’t know how accurate this measurement is, but I do notice a physical difference from last December. I’ve got to keep trucking on.
