Easy rest day. :) I love it.
I took a 20 minute stroll in the morning and a 20 minute stroll in the evening. It was nice just having that time to think. I came to a conclusion and said to myself, “My life is good.”

Just watched clips of the top 12/13 guys on American Idol. Did they purposefully place mediocre singers in this group to make the top tier look even better?

I suppose you could make your own:
Partially cook bacon til a little brown but not crisp. Lay on paper towel to dry a little
Preheat oven to 400* and spray pan with a little nonstick spray.
